Radical resilience is my area of expertise. Not only have I studied it academically, but I've also lived and breathed it. A car accident that almost left me paralyzed, followed by a brain injury that almost took my life, I know what it means to be at rock bottom, to experience PTSD so bad that you can't think straight anymore, to want to give up. I've had a lot of personal battles with narcissistic relationships, insecurities, and low self-confidence. I've been through hell and back, and yet I'm still standing. I've fought hard to be the woman I am today. I have transformed my pain into possibility and I want the same for you. In my practice, I utilize a strengths-based therapeutic approach. The focus is on creating more of what is already working, rather than remaining stuck in what is wrong. Using a variety of tools and practices, I help my clients form new and empowering mental models and beliefs about themselves, which, in turn, shape their actions and how they show up in every aspect of their lives.
